Philippines Duterte: milestones to resuscitate Hitler AND legalize "manhunt for" type of genocide:
Why "Sombre Ukraine marks 75 years since Nazi slaughter of Jews" the same day
Because it's the perfect parallel headlines to two milestones set by the Philippines' president Duterte. Reminder from 2014:
Ukraine puppet government casted to set several related milestones:
1. "resurrect Hitler":
- from first military wearing nazi symbology in plain sight (Battallion Azov, Dnipro, Aidar, etc).
- to having Poroshenko as first head of state after Hitler to call subhumans to part of those with the same passport, more precisely 20 million ethnic russians,
2. start of the unofficial manhunt for deviant groups, more precisely homos.
Philippines Duterte: two milestones set with one sentence of 9 words
Sep 30, 2016: "I'm happy to slaughter [three million] drug addicts like Hitler massacred Jews".
9 words was all it took to set both milestones, where the second one is "first UN head of state to announce his intention to murder millions of his own citizens.".
"Three million" is in brackets to underline that it's only coreography, not part of the words that set the two milestones.
In other words: the crowds that setting the "legal genocide" milestone imply are already present in the rest of the sentence.

Duterte and Erdogan: parallel scripts
Parallelism includes:
1. Both casted in milestones pushing the "resuscitate Hitler" and "legal terror state" agendas to new limits.
2. the same act of associated illuminati theater: "Erdogan/Duterte pivot to Russia, China".
3. both are part of military alliances with the USA and host US military bases.
Note the relations to the first parallel: the second one is a consequence; the third one is a requirement.
In detail:

It illustrates the psy-op technique of staging dissociation in order to have the audience better swallow an agenda being pushed to new limits.
In other words: while the theater is staged:
- Turkey remains a NATO member and a EU candidate
- the Philippines continue to host US military bases

1. Detail: In the case of Erdogan there's an additional specific agenda for this theater: paving the way to have turkish ground troops invade Syria under the pretext of fighting ISIS.
In other words: first of all justify having in plain sight BOTH previously "enemies" Erdogan and "Putin" in Syria.
This is the first step to the last resort: have Erdogan move from a fake war against ISIS and kurdish YPG (both managed by the iluminati) to attack the real rebels.
2. General: "Confrontation" between illuminati puppets such as Erdogan & Duterte v Obama: the main agenda is to divert the audience from what do the illuminati control.
Now, just before the BIG BANG, there is another main specific target: have the human cattle perceive the "super pandemic virus" hoax (currently named ZIKA) as real.
In other words: set the stage for the global and simultaneous mandatory kill shot to kill 6 billion.

Crowds in "Hitler resurrected" 2016: three milestones set by Clinton, Erdogan and Duterte
Introduction
Erdogan was casted to set two "Hitler resurrected" milestones, the first one on the first day of the year.
But only Erdogan's second milestone is related to crowds, more precisely through a multiplier, the same type of relation as for Clinton's milestone.
As for Duterte's milestone it has two links to crowds: again a multiploer but also what at first sight is the opposite but in fact is from the same general type: a divider.

In all three cases the crowds are not a requirement for the milestone to be set:
- Hitlery Clinton's "one milliion" (votes) on Hitler's anniversary, May 2016, at the NY primaries: it was the multiplier not the result that set the milestone.
- Erdogan's "one million" (attendance): the milestone was set with ON STAGE, more precisely BEHIND him, July 2016, at the Istanbul rally staged after the fake coup attempt.
- Duterte's "three million" (jews AND drug addicts): the reduced sentence ("I'm happy to slaughter drug addicts like Hitler massacred Jews") already implies both crowds.
Crowd Multipiers and Dividers: contrast Duterte's jews and drug addicts with Erdogan's attendance and NY primaries' votes.
Multipliers
To emphasize Duterte's perfect comparison for his crowds (jews and drug addicts) the coreography included a multiplier (for drug addicts).
Same happened with the crowds for two other 2016 "Hitler resusscitated" milestones:
- NY primaries: Hitler's oldest daughter known as Hitlery Clinton had her votes multiplied by EXACTLY 100 (a multiplier that only in this case is not only part of the coreography but rather an essential part of the milestone).
- Turkey's Erdogan, who had his audience multipliied by CGI.
Dividers
Only in the case of the Duterte milestone is the KEY the divider not the multiplier.
The script's line is: jews that Hitler killed = drug addicts to be officially put on the death list.
The first step is halving the so far official number of jews.
In other words: the multiplier (for drug addicts) is implied by the divider as it appears in script: 2.
Contrast it with Trump's multiplier in the NY primaries script: it was implied by the same halving process, but it was applied to a number (Clinton votes) that had been previously multiplied 100 times.
